Every factory we buy from has been quality inspected by a member of our team to ensure that only great quality products are sold on the cheapsuites site.
• There are no catches and we've supplied thousands of happy customers over the years. In fact we're so confident of our quality that we offer a No Quibble returns policy, as detailed below.

Returns

Our No Quibble returns policy means that you can return any products that you are not completely happy with within 14 days of receiving them. We'll even come and collect it if it is too big to post!

There is no catch, we won't charge you for the collection and we'll refund you the full value of your order, including delivery charges. All we ask is that the products you wish to return are in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Why would we do this? Well we know that buying a new bathroom is a big decision and buying one from a web site can be a bit scary, so we're just trying to make it as easy as possible!

If you do want to return something all we ask is that you give us the chance to offer you an alternative product, that way we can try to help each other.

We have hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of stock available to us, to fulfil your order requirements. The warehouse we use is based in the North of England, and we can arrange delivery direct to your home, anywhere in the UK.
