Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control this may not be the case and a product you order with us may be out of stock, in this case we will ring you and offer an alternative product of equal or better quality, or a full refund.

Here are some examples of what we mean by this:
- Our bathroom suites include taps, panels, seats and wastes, in fact everything you need!
- All the bathroom taps at Cheap Suites include the relevant waste fitting, so you don't need to worry about adding one to the order.
- The toilets in our Pottery section all include a cistern, cistern fittings and seat.
- All our bath prices include a front panel.
- Our Shower bath prices all include a front panel and one glass bath screen.
- Shower enclosures and shower door prices include a shower tray and a chrome shower waste.
- Our Whirlpool baths include the whirlpool pump and bath front panel.
