Here at Cheapsuites we use a variety of couriers to give us the flexibility to ensure that your delivery reaches you in good condition as quickly and econmically as we can supply it.
The delivery method is automatically selected by our state of the art warehouse management system according to the size and weight of the product you have purchased.
Your order will be delivered by one of the following courier companies according to the weight and size of the items ordered:
Pallet Deliveries - Fagan & Whalley
The lead time for pallet deliveries is 3 to 5 working days. Our courie company will contact you prior to delivering your goods to agree a time that is convenient for you. Someone will need to be at the address at the time the delivery is made, the driver will help unload the goods, but they will not assist with breaking down the pallet or taking this into your home.
Royal Mail First Class
Available for orders up to 1kg.Royal Main aim for next working day delivery with this service(including Saturdays) but this is not guaranteed, so please allow up to 5 working days.
FedEx UK Next Working Day
Available for orders up to 30kg.FedEx UK deliver between 9am and 5pm the following working day. This service requires someone present to sign for the parcel upon receipt. If no one is availble to sign for the item, FedEx UK will attempt to deliver on two further dates before returning the order to our warehouse (a card will be put through the dorr asking for you to contact the local depot to arrange a convenient delivery date). Alternatively, the item can be picked up from one of their many depots in the UK and Ireland.
XDP Overnight
Available for orders from 30 - 50kg.XDP deliver between 9am and 5pm the following day (excluding Saturday). This service requires someone present to sign for the parcel upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for the item, you will be required to contact the courier (a card will be posted through your door with contact details) to arrange redelivery.
Once the warehouse system has allocated the correct delivery method for your chosen products the items will be picked, carefully packed and despatched as quickly as possible, so you won't have long to wait for your lovely new bathroom products
Once a delivery date is selected by the system one of the bathroom experts from our contact centre will call you to inform you when you can expect your delivery.
